Canon annuncia 2 nuovi Display professionali dedicati al mondo della produzione video cinematografica e televisiva: DP-V2420e DP-V1710.
I due nuovi modelli vanno ad ampliare la gamma Canon, si affiancano ai modelli DP-V2410 e DP-V3010 e rispondono alle più recenti esigenze e trend del mercato professionale, dove le parole d’ordine (ormai sorpassato il fuoco di paglia del 3D) sono sicuramente 4K e HDR.
Parlando di HDR, è importante sottolineare come lo standard per le produzioni
HDR (
ITU BT.2100 ), pur essendo stato ratificato solamente a Luglio di quest’anno, sia già supportato da entrambi i nuovi monitor, che incorporano la possibilità di utilizzare entrambe le curve di gamma presenti nello standard BT.2100: la gamma
Dolby PQ/SMPTE ST 2084e la gamma
HLG/Hybrid Log Gamma.
